What is The Workshop and how does it work?
The Workshop is our crowdfunding model where we design new products and offer them at a discount to those who pre-order. This helps us gauge demand and eliminate waste by only producing what is wanted.
How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
For items currently in stock, we typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 21 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
How do I care for my Taylor Stitch garments?
To ensure longevity, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry for most of our cotton and linen products. For wool and specialized outerwear, please refer to the specific care label on the garment.
Do you offer a repair program?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our gear. Through our Restitch program, we offer repairs to keep your favorite pieces in rotation for as long as possible, reducing environmental impact.
