Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
